How far in advance should we book?

As early as you can for peak dates — Saturdays from May to September and the Christmas party season can be reserved 12–18 months ahead. That said, we regularly place performers at short notice, so it's always worth checking your date.

What is the booking process?

Send the enquiry form or give us a call. We'll confirm availability, recommend the best options for your event, and send a booking contract and invoice. A 25% deposit secures your date, with the balance due 14 days before the event.

Do you tailor performances to specific themes?

Yes. We work with you to shape the performance around the tone and theme of your event, from black-tie formality to relaxed festival energy.

Do your performers have insurance?

Yes — our performers carry £10 million public liability insurance, and we can provide certificates for venue or health-and-safety requirements.

What areas do you cover?

The whole of the UK, with international bookings welcome. Travel for destination events is arranged during the enquiry process.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations more than 90 days before your event receive a full refund minus a small admin fee. Between 30 and 90 days, half the fee is retained; within 30 days, the full fee is retained. We'll always be as flexible as we reasonably can.

Can we book a specific time slot?

Yes — our performers work around your schedule, whether that's the drinks reception, between courses or the evening party. Timings are agreed before the day so nothing clashes with speeches or key moments.

Do your performers travel internationally?

They do — our acts regularly appear at destination weddings and corporate events across Europe and beyond. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately by location.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer (BACS), debit and credit cards, and PayPal. Wire transfer is available for international bookings.

Travel within a reasonable radius is included in most quotes. For venues further afield we add a travel supplement, always confirmed in writing before you book.

Peak dates — summer Saturdays and the Christmas party season — can carry a premium due to demand. Midweek and off-peak dates often have more flexibility.

The drinks reception is the most popular choice — it fills the gap while photographs are taken and gets guests talking. Between courses at the wedding breakfast works beautifully too, as does the evening reception when new guests arrive.
